No. Zuboklik does NOT replace your practice management software — it runs alongside it and handles booking only. Import patients in 15 minutes from PCDENT, XML, JSON or CSV. Your existing system stays the main tool for medical records.
You'll handle basic setup in 15-20 minutes. Enter office hours, treatment types and time calculation rules. If you want to import patients, add another 5 minutes. We're happy to help with setup.
PIN login is much simpler than passwords - just birth number (or the dental number we issue to every patient) is enough. For full comfort we also added biometric login (Face ID / Touch ID) - just place a finger on the reader or look at the camera. Seniors book themselves online too; in practices on our network, patients 65+ are among the most active online bookers. For patients without internet access, nurse can book using text search ('NEXT WEEK 25 MINUTES MONDAY MORNING').
They don't have to. Zuboklik issues every patient their own dental number (in the format #123456789) which works just like a birth number. Dental numbers are especially useful for foreigners without a Czech birth number, and for patients who feel uneasy about entering their birth number online. Logging in with a dental number is just as fast and secure as with a birth number.
SMS are charged separately at 1.20 CZK per SMS. This corresponds to standard SMS gateway prices in Czech Republic. Typical practice sends about 1000 SMS monthly (confirmations + reminders).
Yes. We support import from PCDENT, XML, CSV, JSON and other text formats. If you have data in another system, we'll help you with transition.
Zuboklik specializes in booking. Interactive integration with practice management systems is not available yet, but you can import patients in minutes and Zuboklik runs alongside your existing software without disruptive migration.
